MPS is a pneumatic inline retracting locating pin. Equipped with 2-way or 4-way locating pins, up to 25mm diameter. MPS incorporates an anti-rotate feature, offers rap or rigid coupler and requires no lubrication. Optional palm button is available for manual operation. Lightweight aluminum unit is weld-spatter resistant, ideal for seating & exhaust assembly, end effectors, instrument panels, and trunnions.

MPC is a pneumatic offset retracting locating pin, allowing access to very narrow spaces and close hole spacing, to 35mm. Lever-pivot action eliminates binding issues common with other link-bar designs. Equipped with 2-way or 4-way locating pins, up to 19mm diameter. MPC incorporates an anti-rotate feature and requires no lubrication. Optional palm button is available for manual operation. Lightweight aluminum unit is weld-spatter resistant, ideal for seating & exhaust assembly, end effectors, instrument panels, and trunnions.

RMP is ideal for small, lightweight parts with minimal side load. 2-way pin retracts fully into backup. Unit can be used without backup or backup can be machined away for clearance. The RMP features an integrated pneumatic cylinder with rap coupler and versatile multi-sided NAAMS mounting. Hard anodized aluminum construction, weld spatter resistant coating. Easy change-out pins available in 3-12mm diameter. Includes weld-field immune solid state switch.

NMP features a 1.5mm radial float when pneumatically retracted, reducing pin wear and part bind when unloading part. Floating feature is shielded to resist contaminants. Available with choice of three body styles: side or end mounting for direct NAAMS pin retainer replacement; unit with side and end mounting is a direct replacement for Welker RMP retracting micro pin. Pin diameter range 3-13mm. Includes weld-field immune solid state switch.

RTP is used in pin-to-pin part transfer for EOAT, pass/load table and pass-off applications. Concave pin tip meets the fixture's locating pin, maintaining spring force contact while part is transferred. Pin-to-pin transfer allows use of the same holes in parts without using nontolerance holes. Unit is NAAMS swap-out ready for robot teach aid. Pin diameter range 8-20mm. Standard or light load spring.
